Big Three

Guide

Use Claude, Gemini and Codex together in one chat

Most people end up with three browser tabs: one for each model, and a lot of copy and paste to get a second opinion. Big Three removes the copying. You talk to one model, and it asks the others when that helps.

One lead, a team on call

Every conversation has a lead: the model you talk to. It works the way it does in its own tool, reading your folder, answering and, if you allow it, editing. The other two are teammates. A teammate only wakes up when the lead asks it something, or when you ask the lead to.

There are no modes to switch between, no review tab, no planning step you have to click. The lead decides when a second opinion is worth it, and you can always ask for one in plain words.

Choose who is on the team

Under the text field you pick three things: who you talk to, what it may do and the team. For each teammate you also choose which model answers. Claude can be Opus for hard questions and Haiku for quick ones; Codex takes any model name you type.

  • Claude runs through Claude Code, with your Claude subscription.
  • Gemini runs through the Antigravity CLI, with your Google account, and offers every model that account has there.
  • Codex runs through the Codex CLI, with your ChatGPT account.

You do not need all three. One signed-in CLI is enough to start, and every extra one makes the team better.

Only the lead can change files

This is the rule that keeps a team of models from turning into a mess. Teammates read and answer. They cannot edit files, run commands, query databases or consult anyone else. Only the lead acts, and only with the access you gave it:

  • Read is the default. The model looks and answers.
  • Edit lets it change files in the folder you chose, after a native dialog asks you.
  • Full adds running commands as you, after the same kind of dialog.

Worth knowing

The confirmation dialog belongs to the app, not to the page, so a model cannot click it for you. It is not remembered between sessions.

What it cannot do yet

Gemini can be consulted by a Claude or Codex lead, and it can lead a conversation of its own, but it cannot consult the others or query databases from Big Three: the Antigravity CLI has no clean way to attach tools to a single session yet. Codex has no model list to pick from, so you type a model name. The interface is in Brazilian Portuguese for now.

Questions about working together

Can I ask a specific model for a second opinion?

Yes. Write it in plain words, for example "ask Gemini to review this" or "get a second opinion from Codex before you change anything". The lead model sends the question to that teammate and shows the answer as a card in the chat.

Do the models talk to each other forever?

No. A consulted teammate runs read-only and gets neither the room tools nor the database tools, so it cannot consult anyone else. Questions never fan out.

What happens when a model hits its usage limit?

Big Three tells you. A usage limit never silently moves a job that may change files to another model, because that would hand write access to a model you did not choose.
